For those who Updated to 4.0.1 already !!

Until ArcEmu releases the update for the 4.0.1 patch, we can't update our Server to the 4.0.1 Patch. It is a very LARGE patch, so it may take some time for it to be released. But as soon as it is releases, we will Update to it within a day or two . trust me it isn't that we don't want to update to the 4.0.1, because we do, but as I said we have to wait for the update to be released. So as soon as we know something, it will be posted in the Update Forum on when we will be updating to it.

But however, for the ones who already updated to the 4.0.1 and are waiting for us to update to it so they can play, here is something that you can do to be able to Play on the Server now, and not have to spend the day downloading the 4.0.1 Patch so that you can play on the Server when we update to it............" I just had to do this when my WoW crashed and updated to 4.0.1 "..............

I would keep the 4.0.1 WoW you have already updated to, and just re-download WoW on your PC. After you get done downloading WoW, TBC, & WOTLK, stop it from runnin the updater, by canceling out of it. Then goto your WoW folder " wherever you downloaded it to ", and click the WoW.exe, and load WoW. Now use any name and pw to log into WoW, and it will say it needs to Update and ask you to click restart. You will do this for each Patch all the way to the 3.3.5a Patch, and then stop it there. It will go Patch by Patch doing it this way, and you have complete control of it and don't have to worry about it going to far and you having 4.0.1 again. Play on that till we get the Server updated, then start using the 4.0.1 that you already have on your pc, and you don't have to spend a day updating like everyone else has to, and can get right onto the Server . Then you just erase the 3.3.5a WoW that you had made to play till the 4.0.1 was released, and your good to go
